To continue conversations with customers of the New Fiat 500, the brand is launching “Chatting with Fiat”. This series of videos will see Luca Napolitano, head of EMEA Fiat & Abarth brands, directly answer inquiries from customers interested in the New 500. The questions are taken from the chat dedicated to the New 500, sent by customers who are interested in receiving more detailed information about the new fully-electric Fiat model.
The “Chatting with Fiat” videos, to be shared with users of the chat and posted on the Fiat YouTube channel, here, will be recorded from home in accordance with the safety regulations currently in force. The recordings will be published twice a month, to share topics of common interest and distribute the latest messages and updates on the New 500.
Three questions have been selected for the first installment of “Chatting with Fiat,” which were posed by a broad spectrum of “chat” users from Germany, France, and Italy. The first topics to be dealt with include the car’s range, the pricing of the line-up, and the delivery date to the end customer.
The chat function dedicated to the New 500 is a first in the automotive industry. It is a specific channel for customers of the New 500 who have expressed an interest in the “La Prima” version of the New 500 electric car, unveiled last month. It combines various messaging platforms to enable Fiat to have one-to-one conversations with their customers, starting from the information search, through to purchase support, and of course customer care.
